Lumbosacral plexus (Lumbar Plexus; Sacral Plexus)

The lumbar and sacral plexuses taken together. The fibers of the lumbosacral plexus originate in the lumbar and upper sacral spinal cord (L1 to S3) and innervate the lower extremities.
